Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM or support tools. Collect and share user feedback to contribute to product enhancements and user experience improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 6 Months of experience in customer support, client servicing, or B2B client coordination—experience in EdTech or SaaS is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM or support tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits or onboarding.
